Jessica Jones is amazing




Jessica Jones is a super hero turned detective. She first appeared in Alias and continues to appear in New Avengers. Jessica Jones had a rough beginning but she has surpassed that all to become a mother and Power Woman (Luke Cage her husband thought it would be cute if they had matching names). She isn't like any other heroine that you've read, she is strong, loving, witty, doesn't take shit from anyone, a force to be reckoned with, and so much more but most of all she is the real reason why I began to love Marvel comics again. There isn't enough love for Jessica Jones so I'm going to try to do something about that. Anything Jessica Jones related will be reblogged or posted. I hope you fans with enjoy it, I'll do my best.

Something that I have been thinking about, contains spoilers if you haven’t kept up with New Avengers 

Okay, maybe I’m late.  Or maybe many of you figured it out already.  As I was reading The Pulse again, I came up with this.  Again Spoilers ahead!  And image heavy.

So if you’ve kept up with New Avengers in issue 24 all the following happens:

Heartbreaking I know, I’m still in denial that this is happening.  I mean Jessica is determined to make her marriage work but, I also know that she fears for Danielle’s safety.  But I still feel she wouldn’t do this.  My own opinion but if we go back to the Pulse…

The Pulse Issue 3

Now I know it isn’t groundbreaking but if I take this as any indication maybe Bendis was already telling us that this couple wasn’t going to make it.  Even though Jessica had the dream about Dani when she was older and she tells Luke that maybe he was holding the camera it’s just further proof that this was “meant” to happen.  

But then again maybe Bendis doesn’t even remember writing this or whatever.  But I just wanted to put this up here maybe some of you have your own opinion on the matter.  By the looks of it though, it’s sort of safe to say that Luke and Jessica aren’t together for now, it hurts me so much.  Their relationship was so good and interesting and their love for each other was strong.  If anyone is to blame it’s most likely Marvel’s fault.

Just let me sob alone for a day or two…
